Anyone for some tag rugby? Music for web video

Tag rugby has become a very popular sport in Ireland in recent, what with the hugh successes of not only the Irish Team, but also the provincial teams. The guys at 3rd Dimension in Dublin are all round media gurus and they created this video for the Irishrugby.ie on how to play this fun competitive game. The music for this web video was supplied by Muziko. The action rock production track works well with the theme of the video. Muziko’s online music library had a range of tracks to fit the bill, however, this number by Erwin Steijlen was the most suitable royalty free track as it had the right tempo and feel.

Sound Design for Jameson Irish Whiskey Visitor Centre

Last year Muziko was approached by vStream Productions to create a sound design for a new 15 minute film being installed into the Jameson Irish Whiskey Visitor Centre at Bowe Street, Dublin. The film was a period drama about an American journalist taking a trip to the old Brewery of the 19th century and being given a tour to see how the whiskey was produced.
Muziko had to create a 5.1 surround sound design to give an old world feel. They combined on location recordings with library samples to recreate the sound of 19th century Dublin with horse and crowd sounds as well as the ambience of the works of an old brewery such as the coopers making the whiskey barrels.
The film is currently being enjoyed by thousands of visitor to Dublin’s Jameson irish Whiskey Visitor Centre.

Muziko Production Music Library – Some News and Updates

As usual we have been providing production music tracks for a lot of web videos. As you can see from the videos on this blog we have various video production companies using our music library tracks. The guys at Jump films are clients of ours and they recently used a track for a nice production for their chauffeur client.
Another client, Frame light Productions, kindly used a production music track for a video promoting the cycling event, The Tour of Sligo. The guys at Piehole video productions have also been using some music library tracks for animated web videos for their clients too.
We are also about to post a web info video where another client used a Muziko library track for the IRFU(Irish Rugby Football Union) for some of their tag rugby training videos.
So, April and May have been busy so far and we now move on towards more new and exciting placements for our production music tracks.

Production Music Library Track for Credii

Credii is a new start up business pointing folk to the right software services and they had asked the folk at Piehole to create an info video for them. Muziko then got the call to supply a good friendly and fun sounding production music library track. We happily obliged and offered up this production music track which has an old time quirky feel. The client wanted a track that was simple and fun and so we delved into our music library in order to find this piece of music.

Production Music for Alphaview.ie and Horizon Digital and Print Solutions

Our friends at Alphaview put together this video for their client using production music from the muziko production music library. Horizon is a complete print solution company and they approached the guys at Alphaview, who create effective web and corporate video roductions, to come up with a short sequence to show what kind of work this print and digital company do. The Alpha guys picked picked one of our stock music tracks which gave the video the right feel and tone.

Sound Design Project for Westfield Shopping Centres and vStream

Though we are a production music library at Muziko, we have a full audio production studio and so we also create sound design and surround mixes for our clients. This clip is from a 7 minute animation piece that we did for Westfield Shopping Centre group via our client vStream who are an Irish video company with offices in London and Dublin. This was a full 5.1 surround sound mix. Though it was a short piece, it was quite an involved project. The animation for a Santa’s grotto experience in not 3 or 4 but 5D. The visiting kids faces would be projected onto the presents in the video via some clever programming. Fake snow would be blown into the audience at certain cues in the film. The animation was of course in 3D too! It was a very enjoyable experience and we were delighted to once again have worked with the guys at vStream as we had worked with them earlier in the year for the Jameson Irish Whiskey visitor centre film which was aslo a 5.1 mix.

More New Production Music Added

As we struggle our way through a rainy and cold April, we are still adding lots of great new production music tracks to our online music library. Many of our composers are continuously sending us in any new stock tracks that they compose. Lots of our composers are beginning to see their sales increase as we acquire more music clients and so, naturally, they want to capitalize on this.

We are seeing our composers end in all styles and genres of production music such as tracks fro TV and film as well as music for corporate video and web video. Stock music for advertising and use in TV shows are also being received.

We are currently looking into more ways for our clients to use our music such as a music library subscription which will allow clients to use as music music as they like. How much they use and what the actual usage is, will depend on the annual price, for example, music for advertising, music for web or YouTube videos, etc.

Muziko Tracks Used for An Post Tour of Sligo Promo

We are big cycling fans here at the Muziko offices and we are pleased to announce that Framelight Video Productions has used one of our stock music tracks for a promotional video production for the An Post Tour of Sligo. This is an annual cycling event where a host of cyclists at different levels participate in an event covering a lot of the county.
The production music track was written and produced by Greg Malocca and suits the video very well.

This is the second in a series of videos by our friends at Tangerine Post Production who have created a short series of videos on cooking Italian food for the company, A Taste of Italy. Tangerine decided to use our music library tracks as we had a good choice of music which suited the style of the video. The tracks used were European Jazz and suited the feel of the video nicely.

Paolo Tullio is Ireland’s leading food critic and has a great knowledge of Italian food and culture due to his roots in that country. Luca Mazza cooks with simple fresh ingredients. Both personalities stress the importance of authenticity in cooking. Enjoy!
